We collect the bare minimum, we don't sell your data, and we don't spam you. That's the whole philosophy. Here's the detail.
When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company name (if you provide it), and the details of your enquiry. Our server also records standard technical information such as your IP address when you submit a form.
We use your information for one thing: getting back to you about your enquiry and, if you become a client, delivering the work. You'll get a confirmation email when you submit the form, and a real person will follow up. No marketing lists, no newsletters you didn't ask for.
Nobody, except the service providers we need to operate — our email delivery provider (to send you confirmations), our hosting provider (where the website and its database live), and Google Analytics if you choose to allow analytics. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work. If you want your details removed, email us and we'll delete them.
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out — usually within a few business days.
This site doesn't run advertising trackers. With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page use, link clicks, and successful enquiries. Google may receive technical information such as your device and browser details, approximate location derived from your IP address, and online identifiers, and may store analytics cookies on your device.
We do not send the name, email address, company, message, or other free-text details you enter into the contact form to Google Analytics. Analytics stays off unless you select “Allow analytics”; declining does not affect the site's features. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage.
