We collect the bare minimum, we don't sell your data, and we don't spam you. That's the whole philosophy. Here's the detail.
When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company name (if you provide it), and the details of your enquiry. Our server also records standard technical information such as your IP address when you submit a form.
We use your information for one thing: getting back to you about your enquiry and, if you become a client, delivering the work. You'll get a confirmation email when you submit the form, and a real person will follow up. No marketing lists, no newsletters you didn't ask for.
Nobody, except the service providers we need to operate — our email delivery provider (to send you confirmations) and our hosting provider (where the website and its database live). We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work. If you want your details removed, email us and we'll delete them.
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out — usually within a few business days.
This site doesn't run advertising trackers. Any cookies used are strictly for the site to function properly.
Questions about your privacy? Use the contact form on our homepage and we'll get back to you.
