We build websites. You pay for them. We both act like professionals. Here's the longer version.
HIGHVIS WORKS is an Australian digital agency that designs, develops, and optimises websites for trade businesses. These terms cover your use of this website and set the ground rules for engaging our services.
You're welcome to browse, read, and get in touch. Don't attempt to break the site, scrape it, misuse the contact form, or nick our code, designs, or copy — everything on this site is our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
Anything submitted through the contact form is an enquiry, not a contract. Actual project work is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement covering scope, timeline, and payment. A quote isn't binding until both parties have signed off.
Client websites shown in our portfolio are the property of their respective owners. Screenshots are displayed to demonstrate our work with each client's engagement. Statistics shown are indicative of project outcomes.
We optimise every site properly for search engines, but nobody controls Google. We don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or lead volumes — and you should be suspicious of anyone who does.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, HIGHVIS WORKS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
